Basic Events Package
This budget package allows for a fast turnaround and an effective page. Utilising a basic template, you can customise the colours and artwork to produce a professional looking website in minutes. Upload information and the site is ready to go live. Choose this package as an Annual Contract to be repeated each year or as a one-off website.
- Fixed design – within the template we customise the colours, font and header specific to each event.
- User friendly content management system allows you to change any aspect of the site, add text, files and images
- Speaker system – upload photo and biography which is fed through to a rotating ticker on the home page
- Prompt turnaround – 1 to 4 working days
- We initially load all copy – the site is ready to go live once we have built it
- Your own usage tracking codes (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Includes brochure Request form and PDF Download. Access to this data via an Excel file.
The Sitebuild Process
- We supply you with a document to complete. This contains fields for all the information required to build the site including page titles, copy, analytics code and show dates.
- You complete the document with as much information as you can. The more information you can include in the document the more we’ll do as part of the initial site build.
- Send the document back to Miramedia along with any creative to help lead the site design such as logos, pdf brochures etc.
- Within 72 hours of receiving the document we design, build and load the copy of your events site. Once we’re done we send it back to you to review.
- You receive an hours support time with the basic package so we can make any changes necessary. Once you’re happy with the site we put it live! Simple, fast and effective.
